COME AND TRY-OUT AFRO-HOUSE AND MOZAMBICAN DANCE!

Before Nando's dance courses start this fall take this opportunity and join this 2 hrs dance class where you get to try-out both Afro-House and traditional Mozambican dance for ONLY 100kr (50kr for students). We start with one hour of traditional Mozambican dance and then finish the class with an hour of the modern Afro-House dance.

Info about the dances:
• The Mozambican traditional dances are joyful and energetic, often with a challenging footwork to fantastic rhythms from the southern parts of the African continent. The dances bring you happiness to both mind and body and challenge you physically with strong movements. 

• The Afro House Nando teaches is a mix of cool dances you find in the streets and night clubs of Mozambique and South Africa. The roots of many of the steps come from the mozambican traditional dances but you will also find many steps inspired from Pantsula, a dance style born in South Africa during aparteid. Nando also adds steps from the Mozambican dance style Pandza with its fast tempos and influnces from Ragga.
